Framing Me Shipping Policy

Framing Me ships via premium courier services to customers in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Brunei. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Singapore (Bukit Batok area). 

Courier Partners

We partner with EasyParcel (QExpress/JNT/Singpost) to deliver your orders, and share order information needed to fulfill the delivery (e.g. your name, address) with these partners.

All our shipments include a Tracking Number which allows you check the progress of the shipment via the relevant courier's website. If you did not receive a tracking number for your order, please contact us and we'll happily resend the information to your email. Please check your Spam/Junk folder first though.

Import Tariffs and Duties

Your country may impose import duties, GST, or tariffs on shipments over a certain value or containing certain types of products. It is the purchaser's responsibility to be aware of any such restrictions or charges which may be imposed by your local tax authority. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping cost paid to Framing Me, and we do not collect these charges on behalf of any tax authority.

Correctness of Address

Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully when placing an order. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered as the result of an error in your shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it. 

Pick-Up

In Singapore, we also offer the option of an in-person pickup at Lakeside MRT station (201 Boon Lay Way). Please select this option at check-out.

While there is no shipping fee with this option, once you've placed your order you'll need to arrange a date and time to meet our team with the contact information listed in the email. We usually need 24H advance notice. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred pickup time, but please note that not all meeting time requests will be available.

Warranty & Shipping Damage

If you discover any damage to your shipment (other than minor cosmetic damage to the cardboard shipping box), please contact us as soon as possible with details and a photograph of the damage. You can find further information about our Warranty Policy at this link

Shipping to Other Countries
